World Groove Workout with Carolyn

This is cardio that feels like a good time.

World Grooves cardio is a high-energy, music-driven class where each week we move to rhythms from around the world. From global pop to Afro-inspired beats and beyond, the music keeps things fresh, fun, and motivating.

You’ll get a great workout while building strength, stamina, and coordination with simple, easy-to-learn movement. Every exercise has options, so you can keep it low-impact or turn it up depending on how you’re feeling.

No experience needed. No pressure to be perfect. Just show up, move your body, and enjoy the energy. You’ll leave sweaty, stronger, and surprised at how much fun you had and, over time, you’ll see and feel the difference. 45 minutes

Qigong + Yoga with Robin

This unique class blends two ancient practices—yoga and qigong—into a calming, energizing experience designed to help you move, breathe, and reconnect.

Through intentional movement and guided breath, you’ll begin to cultivate qi (life force energy), allowing it to flow more freely through your body. Qigong (“chee-gong”), rooted in Chinese tradition, pairs beautifully with yoga to create a moving meditation that builds mobility, balance, and strength—while also helping you release stress and feel more at ease.

Soft music and a multi-sensory environment invite you to settle in, go a little deeper, and truly unwind. You’ll leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and energized—like you gave your body what it needed.

Qigong is primarily practiced standing, while yoga includes standing, seated, and reclined postures.

No experience needed—just bring a yoga mat, water, and yourself. 50 minutes

MO (Motional Intelligence) Dance/Exercise Class with Carolyn

MO Dance Exercise defiantly challenges that voice in your head—the one that says you’re not ready or not good enough to dance. In this class, we begin to loosen self-judgement and reconnect with movement as something playful and freeing.

You’ll be guided step by step into moving more openly, the way you did as a kid—no expectations, no way to fail. You might not catch a step here and there. You might feel a little silly. That’s part of it. We laugh, we keep going, and something begins to shift.

Many students are surprised to discover how beautifully they actually move when they stop comparing themselves to others.

You’ll build dance ability over time and get a good workout, but more importantly, you’ll start to feel more confident, more free, and more willing to show up fully. And that doesn’t stay in the studio.

That voice in your head? It’s not the boss of you.

Start your week with creativity, curiosity, and a little bit of play.

Make Art Monday is an all-levels class where beginners can feel successful and more experienced artists can explore and create. Each week offers a fun, guided project designed to spark ideas, build skills, and give you something you’re proud to take home.

No experience needed—we’ll walk you through it step by step.

Making art isn’t just about the final product—it’s about how it makes you feel. Creating can boost your mood, reduce stress, and help you reconnect with your imagination in a way that’s both relaxing and energizing.

Dance Your Prayers with Carolyn

Celebrate movement as a form of prayer in this uplifting, non-denominational class open to all. Each session begins with a guided meditation and gentle warm-up, then flows into free-form movement. Move as much, or as little as you wish. Your dance is your unique prayer. You’ll be guided to offer prayers of gratitude, prayers for yourself and for another, as well as a collective group intention. No dance experience is needed—just bring an open heart, a willing body, and the joy of putting something good into the world. Step into the rhythm and discover the joy of Latin dance! In this fun, 4 week class, you’ll learn the foundations of Salsa while moving to energizing music that makes it easy to let go and have fun. No partner is required—just bring your curiosity and a smile. Along the way, you’ll meet new people, build confidence on the dance floor, and give your brain a workout as you learn new steps and patterns. This is more than a dance class—it’s a playful, social, and powerful way to move your body and spark your mind. This series begins on the first Wednesday of every month and runs for 4 weeks. Summer Art Club with Judy (Kids + Guardian)

Looking for something fun to do with your kids this summer?  Come get creative at Art Club!

This playful, all-levels class is designed for kids and their grown-ups to explore art side-by-side in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Each week will feature a new hands-on project inspired by different styles, materials, and creative techniques—from painting and collage to mixed media and more.

No experience is needed—just come ready to create, experiment, and enjoy the process together.

$17 includes one child (ages 5-12) + one guardian (ages 18 and up) and all art supplies
Additional children may be added for an extra $5 fee at the door.

Intermediate Salsa Dance with Sal and Primi

Ready to take your dancing to the next level? This class is designed for students who have completed our Beginning Salsa course and are eager to expand their skills. You’ll dive deeper into Salsa technique while exploring more intricate patterns and styling. Each class builds confidence, musicality, and connection—whether dancing solo or with a partner. In addition to weekly lessons, you’ll have the chance to practice with classmates and join our monthly dance events, where you can try out everything you’ve learned in a fun, social setting.

Plus there is an open dance for 30 minutes after class to try out your new moves. 1hour

Soundscape Yoga (Gentle) with James

Unwind your day and sink into a deeply relaxing experience.

Soundscape Yoga – Gentle is a slower-paced class designed to help you release tension, calm your nervous system, and prepare for rest. Through gentle movement, supported poses, and mindful breath, you’ll gradually settle into a state of ease.

What makes this class special is the immersive environment. Soft lighting, subtle scent, and a custom soundscape created by our resident sound artist, James, surround you—helping you drop more fully into the moment and into your body.

This is more than a yoga class—it’s a full sensory experience designed to leave you feeling grounded, peaceful, and ready to wind down for the evening.

Step into a deeper kind of yoga experience.

Soundscape Yoga – Flow combines mindful movement with a rich sensory environment to help you fully arrive in your body. You’ll move through a balanced, accessible flow designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus—while staying connected to your breath.

Throughout class, you’ll be supported by an immersive atmosphere of sound, light, and subtle scent. A custom soundscape created by our sound artist, James, weaves through the experience, helping you drop deeper into each movement and moment.
